Interesting Article...I think the reason your stock be falling is the general feeling towards the resturant industry. Also, I'm convinced with the Uwink story. First, I believe before any investment is made that the country needs at the very least to have five or six (profitable) stores so that we know they have worked the bugs out in terms of their business model. Also, it seems to me that their stores require much more cash up front compared to traditional stores. So, a botched opening or a failed resturant will hurt this company quite a bit.

I do believe the story may have some promise...but come talk to me when the story develops a little further...

Wells Fargo (WFC) will become the largest U.S. bank by branches with its bid for Wachovia (WB), after Citigroup (C) withdrew from compromise negotiations late yesterday on concerns about the quality of some of Wachovia's assets.
