    he woofed and woofed at great length about "I'm going to move to China, just you watch, I'm going to move to China," then moved to Singapore, "so my daughter could learn the language" in a city where they have to have a "Speak Mandarin Campaign" to get people to speak Mandarin instead of Hokkienese and English is one of the official languages. Oh, and did I mention Russia is going to break up into a congerie of warring tribes? Whatever.

  • A 'Realistic' View of Lennar's Solvency
    If you owe $1.33 for every $1 of "stock" (maybe you mean "book value"?) that is not "underwater" or negative equity. You just said that equity was $1 which is a positive number. You might say Lennar is "overleveraged given current conditions," but you cannot say they are "underwater" based on the numbers you have given, nor that they have negative equity. You have negative equity when the amount you owe is greater than the value of your assets. You have advanced no evidence to indicate this is the case now.
