That makes sense due to time lag of the filing coupled with the fact that cream (over time) rises to the top -- the biggest exposures ought to be the ones that has "legs" to run (Mastercard is a good example). In contrast, gunslingers are typically the types that place huge bets at the outset as opposed to building up a position over time.

Wells Fargo (WFC) will become the largest U.S. bank by branches with its bid for Wachovia (WB), after Citigroup (C) withdrew from compromise negotiations late yesterday on concerns about the quality of some of Wachovia's assets. Computer Sciences (CSC) -- This is a company that was going to be bought, but they passed up the chance. Now I don't want to buy it."
