      Oct.27th, I find it hard to believe in this day and age of communication that the last news re:NSTK WAS POSTED LAST APRIL 2007 BY SEEKINGALPHA. i WROTE THREE E-MAILS TO THE CHIEF EDITOR SINCE THE 2ND.WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 2007. STILL NO REPLIES.
      IN ADDITION A SCIENTIEST SAID THAT FINDING A CURE FOR AUTISM WILL BE DIFFICULT AND HIGHLY UNLIKELY. AND RECENTLY A LIST OF COMPANIES WHICH IS OVER 20 OF THEM ARE IN THE LEAD RE:RNAI AND NSTK WASN'T ONE OF THEM.
      The sunami that has begun to deteriorate the stock price will broaden this monday when nstk has a higher loss than expected. and between now and march 2008 when the year end earnings report comes out (which will be huge loss) there is suspect of any good news that will come out in this time frame.
      SO WHY DID CRAMER TOUT THIS COMPANY TO DEATH IF NOTHING NSTK IS DOING IS GOING TO BE AROUND THE CORNER SORT OF SPEAK. AN INJUSTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS HAS NOW UNFOLDED
      BECAUSE OF THE INFLUENCE THIS T.V.PERSONALITY
      HAS AND HIS FOLLOWERS JUMP AT HIS COMMAND.
      BUT TO HYPE A COMPANY IN THE AREAS OF AUTISM,OBESITY,DIABETE... AND RNAI, THIS IS WHERE I HAVE A PROBLEM BASED ON SCIENTISTS REPORTS, THE ENORMOUS LENGTH OF TIME TO GET APPROVALS THAT IS INVOLVED AND NOW INVESTORS WILL MORE THAN LIKELY SUFFER GREAT
      FINANCIAL SETBACKS IN THE NEXT 90 DAYS!

      10/08 Cramer is beginning to look real foolish pumping & touting nstk. Recently he said"I want you in nstk not isis. Since then Isis has made headline 3 times, including RNAI write up, Zack's recommendation as a buy by senior analysts, and today ahead of the bell article. However no news on nstk in the same time frame. I think Cramer is starting to look real foolish with all the Touts on nstk nationally!

      Between over hype and unpublished items, an investor is totally mislead to a degree. We need fair balance and that calls for someone like Michael Shulman from Biotech Blitz. Read his articles about RNAI.

      10/4 In all fairness lets reflect for a minute. From March 2007 until September 25 Cramer has touted NSTK 32 times already.
      On 9/26 the day after his buy recommendation video he stated on the lightning round Don't Buy wait until $12 dollars I like it at $12.
      Now on 10/03 lightning round he wants you back in nstk because of RNAI and then he mentioned obesity & diabetes. Is it because the stock ran up yesterday and today at NSTK"s luncheon there is a guest speaker re:RNAI ? Well todays guest will speak about
      "POTENTIAL APPLICATION OF RNAI" POTENTIAL IS POTENTIAL!
      LASTLY IT IS EQUALIY POTENTIAL THAT COME MARCH 2008 WHEN THEIR YEAR END EARNINGS COMES OUT THAT NSTK WILL SET NEW LOWS! "TO MUCH HYPE AND IT IS UNWARRANTED".

      Are Analysts Misleading Investors on Qualcomm?
      Great article sramana because I always wondered
      how consistantly wrong research firms are for the past 5 years with the over inflated target prices of certain stocks. In fact Jim cramer finished touting the same company 32 times until last week and now tells investors to wait until it goes back down to $12 dollars to buy. The stock is NSTK, and I think to much hype is misleading investors all around. Thank you for your story, and keep up the good work!

      Peregrine Pharmaceuticals May Be On To Something
      10/01/07 Enjoyed your article re:pphm,amgn, and dna but before the weekend was over I saw a video by Jim Cramer and the title was 'AVOID AMGN'. Although he had Feuerstein in the video and was trying to get him to agree to avoid amgn, Feuerstein did say he thought amgn did bottom. Also that it may make a news announcement in January about a potential new block buster drug. But Cramer played it down and wants investors to avoid it. Having said that,
      do you think Cramer is right to avoid AMGN or is his power getting to his head lately.

      9/29/07 Since seekingalpha hasn't posted Jim Cramers last comments from his show from 9/26
      regarding NSTK, let me inform you that he has now issued a don't buy on NSTK. He also stated to wait until it goes back down to $12 dollars. I
      thought every investor should know since he has touted this stock to death and since he issued a buy on his video just the day before he changed his mind now!
      Nothing but CHAOS! I think both sides should be public knowledge not just Cramers positives on a stock! It's only fair practice.

      joyfl1 Sept.26th Check out 'PFE' $24 dollar range. If bought now within six(6 months) you will see a nice return on your money.
      The stock was mentioned on FAST MONEY, cnbc.
      This is what Cramer should be speaking about on television to shareholders instead of touting 'NSTK' as a speculative play, let alone 32 times since March 16th, 2007.
      If HYPE was NSTK'S leading drug the stock price would be a $100 dollars today!
      NSTK should pay Cramer for being their best public relations spokesmen in NSTK'S history!

      Sept.21st Jim Cramer is still beating the drums for NSTK. The 31st.Tout since March 16th. On Sept.26th
      they will speak at ubs Gobal Life Sciences Conference to give insight and repeat what was on their 10k with forward statements. That doesn't mean buy with both fiests and if you read Biotech Blitz by Michael Shulman regarding RNAI that will extinguish the HYPE Cramers' been touting since July 26th on his Video. Let me know how Cramer feels come March 2008 when year end earnings report comes out. I'm sure shareholders will see new lows! Other companies are getting kiled left & right by the FDA lately, and Nstk is not bullet proof!
